We offer shipping within Canada, with the exception of the province of Quebec and remote areas of Canada.
We also offer shipping within the United States.

We currently ship to addresses within Canada with the exception of Quebec and remote areas of Canada. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Skin Republic Clinic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Skin Republic Clinic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States.

No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
